Pretty neat effect going on. It's most effective in the upper body and face--I like how you treated the skin, in particular. Things tend to get a bit blobby below the waist, however, particularly in the boots, where there's a lot going on mark-wise but it isn't very descriptive of form. I think part of the issue is the uniformly thick black line around everything; varying its width (and even using different colors perhaps) could improve its descriptiveness (especially in places like the hands, where form is trumped by the line shape).
Colors and mood look great to me, though, and I could see a series of figures done in this style.

Pretty nice work. i think the rendering should be more uniform; some areas look blotchy while others look highly detailed.
